These are actually trickier to shoot than you might think because there is often not enough light gets onto the subject and I think you are suffering a little from that. The third is my fave, I think you got the subject really well there. If your tree is still up try bouncing some light in there even off some white paper used as a reflector or use a torch to pick out the detail you want. And Happy New Year
