My first attempt at photographing my 10 week old Cocker Spaniel.

Any tips for improving my pet photography gratefully received.

Looks good to me, nice dof, good lighting, sharp and he's standing still (I wish my new kitten would )
At a pinch the light green foliage at the front is "slightly" distracting but not majorly so.

I find the front foliage very distracting. But the overall photograph is a belter!

Yes think the greenery at the front distracts a little bit but otherwise its a gorgeous photo and a super cute pup.
