Cokin v Hi-Tec

I have at the moment a Cokin filter holder and Cokin filters, I am looking to change to Hi-Tec or Lee filters, my question is will I have to change my filter holder for the Hi-Tec filters, I have been told there is a slight difference in size on the 100 x 100 filters by a very small amount, also if I change and get a Lee Filter Holder do I need different adapters or will my Cokin adapters take the Lee holder??

I use a Cokin Z Pro holder filters and adapters, I have just bought a Lee wide angle adapter which fits the Cokin holder with a very small amount of play perhaps 1mm. or less but is useable, the other way round may be a problem ie the adapter could be to big. I do intend to get a Lee holder when they become more readily available as I understand the filters are the same width 100mm.

Just measured the width of the adapter rings Lee 98.5mm Cokin 100mm Cokin filter 99.5mm.
