Cold day on the boat

Took this shot of my younger brother not too long ago.
Used a little fill flash to soften the shadows and to put some detail in the eye.

Other than resizing, nothing else done.

Well, you have to give peeps a chance Lee now that the forum is so busy!

As far as c&c goes, it looks a tad underexposed to me, and a bit flat.
I'd have gone a few simple steps further with the PP if I were you.
While Im sure that theres others here who could do something much better, for now, here's my edit...
A slight adjustment in curves and a sharpen is all that I did to bring out his lovely warm smile.

Just checked the exif on the original and for some reason the EV value was -1.0 ! Must have been left on from something I was doing earlier. Doh!
