Yep, it's a but of a gloat but I've had so many obsticals during the course, so I think I'm entitled to gloat! LOL
I'm feeling quite proud of myself so thought I'd share!
I finish my course next week (good and bad I suppose) and today we had to do a presentation. In my wisdom (or lack of) I did macro photography.
Today I went in and half of the class is there. The tutor, Ian, asks me how my presentation was, I said "well...finished...obviously, it was supposed to be done for today" so he replies "come on then, show us your presentation" so I was first up. Presentation on Macro photography, how to do it, what it is, etc etc.
Throughtout the day there was 2 others who also did their presentations. One chose landscapes and he told us his memories of all of the landscapes...but nothing of any technical or practical, educational use.
Another guy chose journalism photography (he presented his some hours later) and spoke about the news story that each image was used for. So again, nothing about the photography (and seldomly who the photo was by)
So I was a little shocked with their presentations in all truth.
Anyway, the tutor said later when he sat next to me, "your presentation was really good, look at this marking sheet. ALot of your marks for the presentation will be in this column here" and pointed to the distinction column
