My first attempt at a water drop collision. Thanks to Ashmashmash for his tutorial.

I do not have a macro lens yet, so used my 35 - 70mm and two flashes. A long way to go yet, but here it is all the same.

Wahey, nice one! Glad you liked the tutorial (y)

Nice shape to the collision, perhaps just slightly lower with the camera angle?
 
Thanks Ash, I will try a lower angle on the next attempt. As said earlier I have a lot to learn and try yet, but will continue to post the best of my efforts.
It,s a lot different from my wildlife shots.

Thanks, but a lot of info was gleaned from this site to start me off, and the use of a camera axe. Will have another go in the winter or if we get some bad weather.
I am also thinking of trying to organise a get together in the winter and make the Axe available to others for a try.
