Colour or Black and White

Hi all.
Did a bit of a model shoot today with young James and took the shot below. Can't make up my mind whether colour is better or the grittiness of black and white, so I thought I'd open up the debate on here and ask your opinion. Many thanks for taking the time to have a look.

Black and white for me for the simple reason that the color shot has his ears as very pink and it just looks odd.

Definitely black and white, again the back lit nature of the photo gave the guy really pink ears which isn't as distracting when in b&w
