Colours on the internet

[Huujuu]

Has anyone noticed that the colours displayed on the internet are different from those displayed when you view images on the windows viewer, or any image program come to that? It might just be a problem i'm having and if so would someone mind testing it for me. This is an image ive uploaded today and looks a lot duller than it does if i download back onto my computer and view it on any image viewing software.

It's because you're using AdobeRGB as a colour space for your images. For web you should be using sRGB and really, unless you have the ability to output to a device that supports the increased saturation of AdobeRGB and the image requires it then it's better to stick sRGB anyway.

Probably because your browser isn't colour managed.
The only ones who support colour management are Safari and Firefox (with a plugin)

Thanks very much for that.
