Just after a quick recommonendation on some new 16BG CF cards. They don't need to be super quick, average speed would be perfect.

And there are too many to choose from! Only really need two new cards and have always purchased SanDisk in the past. Would people recommend the slower Kingston and Transcend cards?

To be honest, I've had Sandisk, Kingston and Lexar cards and never had a problem any of them.

I think you'll always find people that have had problems with all makes of cards so I don't think it makes much difference, so if I were you I'd probably go on price.
 
Looks good to me. I've got 4 Kingston cards, and all still going strong after about 3 years.

Might buy one myself.;)
 
What size files are you pushing into these cards, based on my 50D I rarely use more than 4Gb in a days shooting and I tend to go for 4GB CF cards to reduce the possibility of losing a lot of photographs in one go, admit its an expensive thing to do perhaps but a card costing £25 is a small price for lost photos. Also gives me the option to dump my cards later if I get a faster camera etc.
I use Sandisk Extreme 3 or 4 in my 1D and Extreme UDMA in my 50D.

I usually take the same approach, but having recently picked up some work with a company that do marathon/half marathon/10k and triathlon events, 16GB cards seem to work best.
