Compact for timelapse (RAW & wide)

Hi i am looking for a compact camera to use for timelapses, but with the following requirements:
- widest lens possible;
- reasonably sharp at wide end;
- must shoot raw;
- must be possible to shoot at intervals, either by external remote or some kind of software modification.

Looking for something up to £50 second hand.
