Compact replacement quandary - advice and thoughts please

I've just sold my G11, as wonderful though it was I simply can't bond with a camera without a proper electronic viewfinder (I know, I'm a dinosaur), and the result is that I just won't use it. I've therefore decided to go Micro 4/3's in order to get the best of both/all worlds.

Now, the main contenders seem to be the Olympus OM-D EM-5 and the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH2. On the face of it I'd go for the Olympus, but I'm slightly concerned about the lack of in-camera CA correction (which the Panasonic has). I can't see a whole lot of difference apart from that, but am I right in thinking that the Panasonic lenses are generally a little sharper than the Olympus equivalents?

I really don't know a great deal about this format, so any advice would be appreciated, whether general in nature or in respect of the issues I've mentioned. Oh yes, are the Olympus/Panasonic lenses completely interchangeable regardless of which body one uses or am I going mad?
 
The GH3 is more of an equivalent to the E-M5 than the GH2.

Lisandra is a professional photographer using M4/3 for anything from Weddings to Portraits, to Group commissions, even though she has very few posts at mu-43.com, she has over 8000 posts at another forum, I trust her views.

As to Panny lenses being sharper than Oly? I don't think you can make that generalisation at all; The O45, O60, and O75 are acknowledged to be among the sharpest M4/3 lenses of all.

Panny bodies have no Image Stabilisation, so benefit from the OIS in some Panny lenses. The EM-5 has a great 5-axis IBIS, so can use all M4/3 lenses and stabilise them. Having said that, if you know your hand-held limitations, all Panny & Oly lenses are interchangeable on each others bodies.

BTW, I've never regretted going M4/3 :D

I turn in-body CA correction off - it slows the camera down, and is easily executed in post production with something like DXo... seems like an odd reason to be put off of a camera system
