compact system cameras

hi there


I'm looking for some advice, I'm looking to get one of the above as a lightweight travel camera, I like some of the features on the olympus pen mini, such as a dial that gives the impression of changing saturation and DOF.

but my question is do they all have these features or is it just that pen version?

surely that's just "digital filters"?
Sony NEX has similar so I wouldn't be surprised if it's pretty much standard across all manufacturers.
