compact with a vf

My gran wants to replace her current Fuji S2000HD we got her for her birthday with a compact camera, but it must have a good zoom and a viewfinder. Any suggestions? Price (don't mind s/h) about £150 max. I thought of Panasonics TZ7, but alas, no viewfinder!
