Hi all looking to buy a Sigma 150 - 500 over the next few days, as usual great difference in price, would welcome feedback about Luzern, Big Norman, Digital Rev. Uk retailers won't seem to go below £799 yet these companies offering the lens for £639 -£699 which is quite a saving.

This thread would be better in the photo shopping section (ask a mod and they will move for you).

I believe all of the above are grey imports (usually from hong kong), so the main things you need to ensure are:
1) That they will pay any VAT / customs fees
2) You are happy sending back to hong kong if any issues (Sigma won't cover the warranty in the UK themselves)

In terms of feedback - Digital Rev have generally great feedback and have a thread under the photo shopping section on here, so you can ask any questions there.

You should be able to get feedback on the others if you do a search on the forum.

Again it is a grey import, but they have generally got great feedback. You will also get a further 5% off if you pay via bank transfer
 
I got mine from procamerashop.co.uk. The 150-500 is currently £638. Helpful, quick delivery, no issues. No connection other than that of a satisfied customer.
 
Thanks for the replies, have now sourced a 2m old mint used copy. Collecting over the weekend.
 
Hi Martin, I bought my Sigma 150-500 OS from www.panamoz.com and it was just over £600 when I bought it. You're going to love it, I use mine for aircraft and wildlife shots mainly and mine is nice and sharp wide open. I had a Canon 100-400 L and I preferred the Sigma when compared side by side.
