I am pretty over the top about toring images. Just got back from shooting a wedding, saved the images to one folder on the Imac desktop, wacked on time machine to update that, then copied and pasted the folder to a third hard-drive and then went to copy and past the folder again to the desktop to create a folder to edit and was told there was not enough room!!!
I have almost filled the main hard drive!!!!!!!!!!
I am currently clearing it, One folder has been sat there since April and its 30 gigs in size so I have been pretty slack.
So I am wondering if I should all images / data on hard drives other than the main one, always keeping that clear but whats the best way, ethernet network, usb or firewire etc etc.
Wondered what others do?
