Any idea what this means and how to fix it, if indeed it is an issue. I would not know there was a problem if this warning did not come at every start up.

You could download the missing dll file from M3PLUGIN then when downloaded plonk it in the folder pointed to or in your windows system32 folder. This should fix it for you.
 
Download cccleaner, its freeware and clean up the registry. This will get rid of any entries which are pointing to deleted programs/files.
 
It looks like something to do with.....My Web Search Assistant,just remove it from "misconfig".

Or just google the error :) to make sure.
 
eurgh looks like its one of those poxy search bars.. try a good old fashioned uninstall from add/remove programs (control panel). or just msconfig it as above, or download a spyware cleaner and thatll blat it too.
