Computer Question (ArcNameService.exe)

In task manager I have the following running ArcNameService.exe

I have googled it but there are no results, has anyone got an idea what it is please.
 
What's the path to the file on the HD, that might give you a clue as to the source - also check the modified date and see what got installed at the same time, etc.
 
Done as you suggest and it is something to do with stuffit.

A program I don't really need so I'll uninstall it.
