Confused about filter price - anyone dealt with CameraKing?

Hello,

I am in the market for a 77mm circular polarising filter and was considering this Hoya. The only problem is that on Amazon it's listed at around £50, whereas everywhere else is £120 (e.g. Jessops).

Am I comparing two different filters? If not, has anyone ordered from this reseller before?

I ordered a Hoya 77mm UV filter from Amazon last week, Cameraking on amazon were cheaper but I read some bad reviews for them. Direct from Amazon was still a lot cheaper than other sites.

No, same one... I did the same double take a few weeks back. Then shelled out the extra few quid to buy from Amazon direct (having scanned the reviews of the various marketplace sellers)
 
No - this one, look on the RHS of the screen in the "More buying choices" box... if it's not there, try this other link and it's in there about 3rd down the list.
 
Be careful when buying expensive branded filters like the Hoya Pro 1 Digital when they seem suspiciously cheap. There are lots of fakes around.

Having said that, CameraKing do sell the genuine products. I got that confirmed by Hoya's UK importers.
 
I've ordered some of my Hoya HD filters from CameraKing before, and they certainly seem identical to the ones that I've bought direct from Amazon.

Whilst you're looking at those around the £60 mark, perhaps consider the Hoya HD CPL too @ £63 direct from Amazon which is meant to let in another stop or so of light?
It's the one I'm using, and certainly noticeably lighter than the 58mm Pro-1 variant I bought a year or so ago.
