Confused: TTL & Pocketwizards

Hi Guys,

I'm a little confused, I have a Jessops AFD flash that will TTL on camera & even with a lead. So here's my question, will it TTL with wirelessly with a Pocketwizard?

If its compatible with the pocket wizards then yes hence the big price tag on them. If talking wireless triggers or radio then these wont as they just trigger the flash to fire in manual mode.
