Hi hope iam in the correct forum just got a pro 300 printer and asus pa278qv monitor then watched a you tube on best way to conect monitor to the pc think I got this correct but said not to use hmdi leed to conect it well how else can you lol any help please

Either hdmi or display port cables will work to connect screen and pc. If you buy hdmi then make sure you have the right version, because older spec cables can't cope with qhd or 4k data.
