Well January didn't go particularly well for me on the 52 weekly challenge but it wasn't for the lack of effort I promise! I will try to play catch up and i'll start with this local POI shot...

This building is called Florence house and was the main building of Brookwood Hospital (formerly known as the Surrey county lunatic asylum and Brookwood Asylum) The name was changed to make the hospital easier to locate due to its proximity to Brookwood railway station. The Hospital opened in 1867 and closed 127 years later in 1994 when the site was leveled to be replaced by residential property. Florence house itself was renovated into luxury apartments.

Week 2's effort for pleasure...
Had my first crack at a flat lay, it was frustrating because my camera had to be in the photo so i couldnt use it taken on my S10+


hard to get things straight using a wide angle but its a start lol

On your local shot I can`t see that it`s all in good focus. Second shot is not too bad, a bit tight in the frame but a good effort.
