Contacting Canon At Elstree

After a less than satisfactory service from Lehmans I want to get my 5Dmk2 viewfinder and sensor cleaned by the Elstree service centre. They seem to have the best reputation of all the UK service centres.

I can find the phone and address but no e-mail address.

Does anyone have one?

Hello Chris,

This is the e-mail address they used in the middle of last year after putting a lens into Canon for cleaning:

cci_servicecentre@cuk.canon.co.uk

I used it to accept their estimate, so not sure if its still valid or actively monitored for incoming e-mails as like most large companies they may filter incoming e-mails based on a valid repair estimate number etc.

Thanks for that, the address matches the one I found. I'll give the email a go first and then give them a ring if i get no response.

Finally managed contact. No response from the e-mail above so after a few attempts via phone number above finally got through and spoke to someone who explained the process and gave me a rough guesstimate of of price.

Going to give them a shot pre holiday for a good sensor and viewfinder clean.
