How can i convert all the pics in one go from RAW to JPEG in one go? Just so that i have a group of shots i can show straight away without having to edit each one. This is only a temp measure so i can pics by putting them onto a CD.

I have lightroom and PS.

the easiest would be export to jpeg in lightroom, just highlight all the imported pics and click the export button bottom left of the grid layout in the library

Not a straight answer to your post but if you just convert RAW straight to Jpeg, then the images will look very flat.

With LR you can batch process - at least do auto levels - then output to jpeg as a batch - the whole procedure should only take a few minutes!

Can you give me a quick walkthrough of how do do that please? Ta

Yea but someone said they would all look flat doing it that way.

I also often use the LR preset 'punch' - gives a little zap to the pics. As above or process one and then copy and paste the settings to them all. The LR help files are very good BTW - F1 from within LR.

Good preset that one, use it a bit myself as a starting point to further tweak from.

I'm not sure if this is what you are after, but with adobe bridge your able to open images into raw, i dont no if you are able to save them that way.

In DPP you can do a batch edit from RAW to JPEG.

Just select "Select All" from the top.

Then right click and select "Tool Palette".

You can then batch adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness etc for all the images in the batch.

Then simply select "Batch Process" where you can select JPEG and also resize all of them at once.

Once you have selected the storage folder simply press "Execute" and Presto!

All done.

No reason at all for them to look "flat".

You should find that the RAW shots in DPP will automatically have the settings you have set on the camera for JPEG shots applied to them, so if you are happy with those settings, a batch conversion should be OK without any further adjustment.

In Adobe Bridge, select all the images you want as jpegs then;

Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor

Done.
