Copyright question

Hi, did some white background portraits for someone recently. Put ten of the photos on a disc for them to print, but there was the copyright issue at the store so they woudn't print them. Now know that I need to write something either on a letter to go with the disc or print something directly onto it. Is there a standard blurb of writing for this? Thanks in advance for any answers to this.

"To whom it may corncern. I ***** ****, as author and photographer of the images on CD disk No.**/*** give permission to ***** ***** to use/print the images as per my terms and conditions"

Couldn't the holder of the disc just print that out and claim the pics were theirs anyway ???

I write: 'The holder of this disc is licenced to make unlimited copies for personal and non-commercial use'.

I usually put it in a text doc on the CD also. Saves a little bit of hassle.
