A background tilting towards the water. A flash pointing at the background (I had my flash set to 1/16. Something to make drips. I used an infant syringe. A remote for the camera. Place something in the tin, that will be where you want the drips to hit. You will be aiming to hit the same spot every time. I used a penny. Hold something (I used the syringe) in the water above the penny to get a focus point). Once focused go to manual on the lens. Lastly, take lots and lots of photos The flash head was just used as a rest for the background. I used the flashgun sitting on the box.
