Cotton Carrier CCS G3 Harness?

Don't do extreme walking but have found the Z8 & 180-600mm becoming quite heavy as the bones get older so looking at one of these Cotton Carrier CCS G3 Harness, is it overkill should I buy a cheaper model ( On eBay at under £30 but I no you only get what you pay for) anyone had experience with the eBay options please? Ive got the cotton carrier to use with that rig ,but as yet have never used it ,i find that a change of tripod mount and a QD release enable cross body shoulder transit very easy

I use the cotton carrier bag so it's a sling bag just right for a drink and extra lenses
I use it with my EM1-X and 100-400

I have one and they are really good, quick to use camera if something appears while walking and comfortable too, the other thing I used if I have my backpack with has d rings on the straps is a black rapid back pack strap - https://www.blackrapid.com/backpack-breathe/

I use the Cotton Carrier for a Canon R7 and EF 100-400ii. I previously had used the Black Rapid strap, which I liked for being able to bring your camera up quickly. However it did hang the weight on one side compared to the CC vest

I did look at the knock off version but reports of the camera slot ripping away from the harness put me off.

The CC is good but not cheap. I want to add a way to also carry my binoculars with the camera but adding a holster and the bracket is £90, which seems a bit much to my eyes.

They're also now offering a hub with Arca Swiss compatibility but I haven't researched how this works with longer lenses. Again it's £50 so not cheap

Been having a search and found the G3 from Cameraworld for £131 including the second side pouch.
