As i will never get much wildlife in the garden unlike some lucky people, iv'e decided it was time to have a go at finding a badger sett that would reward me with some pics .So far i have found three ,one seems just to have one lone adult and the other two have one big adult with two smaller (youngsters) which all show just before dusk but are in woodland .One is on the edge a yew wood and has just enough light if it's a nice sunny end to the day, iso is very high and speed is down ,but i do get one or two keepers .

It can be hard at the times these animals come out, as you say high ISO and slow shutter speed but this is a nice example.
Although I have many garden visitors (3 x Badgers + 4 x Foxes last night) the Badgers arrive too late to photograph and so far the cubs are catching me out by not visiting early at the times I am waiting for then!

Think I much prefer these natural light photos than the more common Flash ones we get so many of . Top marks for finding and photographing .
