Love 2nd one, the softness of the model and splashes of sharp colour are great.

Not as keen on the first one but not quite sure why.
 
the first one seems to draw my eyes to the lower part of her dress with it looking slightly overexposed.

as for the second its not my style of portraiture and she looks grey rather than black and white and again could be slightly over exposed. The background i have no problems with and think it could be a nice setting for a similar shot.

The colouring on No2 is a glow done in photoshop after she had been turned B&W. Thats why is looks a tad over exposed, it is meant to look like that.

I really like the 2nd one. Innocent, retro and almost ghostly. The model in the first picture looks out of place beside the tree.
