Couple of quick B+W contrast shots

Liked the contrast in these, i actually took these last week with Junes Chiaraschuro theme in mind, thinking it was this months theme - Doh!

I love black and white shots, i think the 2nd one has to be my fav, its great.. gorgeous contrast, loving the light in them both tho

At first I liked the first one best. I like the pattern created by the highlight on each step. The one thing that puts me off it is that i find the hand rail on the right distracting, and the little rail at the top of the steps on the left (I know, nothing you can do about them). Like the framing and composition of the second one. And of course the contrast. All imvho.
