Different and very good, like the line connecting the steps to the old walk way and yes I agree about the Dalek :)
Maybe next time try and get the drone exactly over the top rather than off to the side a little?

I am too childish to appreciate this photo, every time I look at the shadow I keep giggling to myself, then I see the red top and it just gets worse. :)
 
Really like 'unexpected perspective' - especially the dog on the left hand side.

There was quite a lot more beach on the original but I didn't like how the water ended in it - maybe it should've been more central though
You've also just made me look at it again and see someone drew a giant smiley face I never noticed before!

I haven’t seen the main thread - just looking at my notifications showing you’d responded to my comment. So I don’t know which one you chose. But…

Snail all the way for me.

Not only is it a great shot, I always love it when it’s a shot no one else has done.
 
Agreed, both shots are very satisfying but the snail is wonderfully abstract
