CR2 files in Windows 7

My CR2 files dont show as thumb nails in Windows 7 64 bit.

Found some codec via google on the canon website, which Iinstalled, and rebooted machne, but the thumbnails still dont show up, its still just the CR2 logo

Help/ideas anyone please?
 
It only works on 32 bit windows.

Select the preview pane and you will get quite a big icon when you click each file.

It most certainly does work on W7 64 bit. Or maybe not the one quoted.

The one I downloaded a good few weeks ago is "MicrosoftCodecPack_amd64.msi"

Try a search on MS support.
