CR2 files not showing

Hi,

I have just put photoshop cs4 with bridge onto a new laptop and the canon cr2 preview file no longer show the image. Only the cr2 logo. Any help please on this be much appreciated.

Hi,

Got it sorted thanks. The thumbnails were not showing in bridge. I updated from the help drop down list in bridge. The thumbnails were stil not showing so I then tried purging the cache. Edit, Preferences, Select catche from list and then select purge cache. This you have to do once you have updated.
