Creating BLU-RAY movies.

Guys,

Does anyone know what I need to take a HI DEF QUICK TIME FILE and make it BLU-RAY?

Obviously I will need a blu-ray burner, but that's where my knowledge stops.

I understand google could be helpful here, but I wonder if others on the forum will benefit from the answer?
