Taken from a hide at the Aigas Field Centre near Beauly.... good for Jays and Crested Tits. Everyone wanted at least one good image of this crested tit... just one visit unfortunately.

Possibly not as many pixels-per-crested tit as I managed, due simply to good luck on my part, but you captured a lovely pose and with plenty of detail and nice colour balance.
Your image illustrates the crestie's character really well.
