Critique of version 2 of my website.

I like it. It looks good. Is functional. Easy to navigate. In fact I quite like the lack of fuss in the portfolio. I'd maybe highlight the index link in there, make it bigger or something....it took me a couple of seconds to figure it out (or read all three links), which in the world of the internet is an annoyance, and I don;t want to be annoyed.

Also, the text. It looks just a little harsh in places. Is it pure black? Sometimes a dark shade of grey works very well to soften it a touch.

This part

Portrait, Lifestyle & Wedding Photography in Oxfordshire and beyond

Is a bit too close to the top border, there is quite a lot of empty space to the right of the text, and on my monitor and in ie (at work) I have to scroll to see the pic. Could be my setup though.

Apart from that looking good.

I like it, Rhys, and the site is very slick to navigate.

Nitpicking time, all on the home page.

1. First sentence, portrait and Lifestyle photographer - both or neither should be capitalised.

2. ..... subject's friends.....

3. .... an understanding that for most people.... remove the "for"

4. .... "technically good" photograph becomes soo..... so!

Hope that helps, and good luck.

...You have 'suite' instead of 'suit' on the pricing page.

Quite a lot of text on the home page as mentioned. A few too many commas making some sentences rather long.

No 'home' button along the top navs (other than the logo)

Maybe think about reorganising the pics on the portfolio page. Higgledy piggledy layout looks a bit untidy.

Other than that it looks quite smart :)
