sorry, it doesn't work for me.
it's taken me a while and a clue from your sig to work out what it is, the sunlight at the top right and the white bits against black at the top left are really distracting.
the cross doesn't feature strongly enough to be the focus of the picture, maybe you could crop in closer and take out some of the grass as well.
