Cullins Wee Pano

Excellent. Love the light and shadow on the hill on the left and on the beach. I know it's a pano, but could you lose a little of the hill on the right? Maybe it's a bit too featureless and dark (might be better at a larger scale though)
 
Yeah, I reckon I prefer that - brings out the highlights on the hills a bit more. What did you use to take it?
 
Used my new D700 & nifty 50.
There was too much water in F/G, so that's why I opted for pano crop.
 
Yes - both good, but the 2nd one appeals more. Extra little bit of sunlight helps.
 
Like that shot and the light as aberal said but I am not sure what to focus on :thinking:
 
I prefer the original. ( with perhaps about 1cm cut from the right.
It just needs to be seen larger.
That is always the problem with them on forums.

I like the shot and the location, but on my calibrated monitor it just looks a tad too dark on the cuillin's.

Yes it is dark Strax, but was processed dark as I liked it that way - maybe a little overcooked - wife's always complaining about me serving up a burnt offering.
