Curious about weight

At the moment I have a d700 with a 24-70 which balances really nicely on the d700, what I am considering though is selling the the 24-70 and picking up a used a nikon 70-200mm as I find I am shooting more at the long end and then picking a 50mm 1.8 or possibly the 1.4. But what I would like to know is how much heavier is the d700 with 70-200 vs the 24-70mm?
Any help would appreciated.

It's 568g heavier with the 70-200.

Like you I have the D700. I use it gripped with the 70-200 for all my equestrian shoots. Balances really well, although at the end of a long day my arms and shoulders ache. In the end we fit the lens that does the job.
