Custom Settings on D300

Im at work just now and my user manual is at home. Im looking to set up some settings for general landscpe work. I dont know how to set the custom settings so that i can easily go to this from my usual wildlife settings. Anyone give me a hint or clue.

Yeah this is what happens when your in the hot chair awaiting redundancy, our work is being moved to Poland so only the minimum is going on just now.:shrug:

Its one thing the Poles coming and taking your jobs... but now they are moving your whole company over there to make travelling less of a problem for them???

Yeah its getting easier for them as myself and some others have been over to Poland several times showing them how to do our jobs....They have even asked us to take goods over to them from the UK as we are cheaper than them for many items now...never thought i would say that about rip off britain.
