Thank you for your kind words everyone, same the light was a bit dull for that last shot!

Nice one Mark, really like the composition and the processing.
 
That works for the theme, can’t stop looking at the dodgy barrel stacking on the rhs, should be raised as a near miss
 
Something very pleasing about those rows of barrels - nicely observed shot!

Near miss or at the very least, it’s an observation! Nice reds, great choice for the theme

That’s a good point - this image represents the banality of our daily life: time, our most precious commodity wasted on the mundane

Indeed - mismanagement of time is a thread that runs through a lot of my work - when I read David Cassidy’s supposed last words were “so much wasted time”, they really stuck with me - the older you get, the more real they become and how you must be very selective with the things you spend time on.
 
Thats quite an interpretation of the theme. Always good to have something to look forward to, like next weeks theme.
 
Well, I rather like it!

I'll leave all the existential angst to others better qualified.
 
I like it, the sun rises each day, the light streams through our windows and the the shadows pass through our rooms

Thank you! And although my colour grading does add a bit of green into the shadows, the led lights did also have a rather curious colour cast. That's what a love about this challenge, it wasn't for needing to take that pic, I would have probably just pottered around the house, shame it was so cold though!

It has a great feel to it, and those starbursts really add to it.
 
Both self medication and your morning ritual shot, nice compositions and the filter effect you are using really suits them.

Thank you everyone! I didn't do too much to that image, the low sun really brought out the textures in the pavement, it was a wonderfully beautiful evening, you know, that light that just makes everything look wonderful that we get about 3 times a year!!

Hahaha! Thank you! I was going for the sombre, early 5am starts I occasionally have to do, I did shoot a warmer version

I like your Snapper's set Mark, though I am leaning towards the door shot. Your rituals shot is excellent!
