Love the first one, how do you blur the clouds but keep the grass sharp?

I'd guess that during the long exposure the clouds moved but there was no wind at ground level so the grass is rendered sharply, but Ryland will doubtless explain in full
it was total luck ..it was a bit windy and i thought the grass would be blurred but after taking the 60 second exposure i was shocked to find the grass was sharphow do you blur the clouds but keep the grass sharp?
