+1 - those two are very good indeed. (shame about the WM's and it looks a bit too much like a rain effect rather than real rain for me.)

prefer the B&W, may be need to staighten horizon a tad...and tighter crop on the left unless you have more room on the right - 'to let the riders go into..?'

and echo comments in the colour ones, looks like a bad rain effect...and spoils the pic by removing an sharpness from it...

I think the "moving into the frame, not out, adds dynamism" thing is very helpful to most shots, but it's not a cast-iron rule. The framing on the B&W one as it is emphasises the second and third riders, which I like a lot. Re-framing it might add more dynamism, but it would be a different emphasis and a different shot. I like the way the framing complements the B&W processing and the dismal weather - to me it says "struggle" rather than "victory".
