A couple of things to take into account is the composition and pov. This would benefit from slightly more space to the right and getting lower to the level of the bird (if possible). Try not to cut the reflection off and having the bird rammed so fully into the frame ain't always the best either.
That said the detail looks ok as does the exposure and the whites are well controlled.

Thanks Brash, I'll have a look at the raw and see what I've cropped. As to the height, totally agree but would have needed waders

I've had a look and added more space to the right. Unfortunately I didnt notice the reflection until I got home
