D-LUX 4 V LX3

Hi, a friend of mine asked me today what i thought of the D-LUX 4, i wasnt really able to give her an account other than "its a Leica, the're the muts nuts" We got talking about compacts and she mentioned the Lumix range.

I know they are both good camera's but does anyone have any views or intelligence on them?
