D100 CF CARD -WHICH ONE IS BEST

Hello all,
please need some help,
which make is best and if i was getting a 8gb
which speed if best
133-200-400-600etc
is the a speed limit or size limit on a nikon d100?

D100, speed really won't matter, it'l be dead slow whatever...

A quick google says they're only cool with up to 4gb cards though - any more and it just won't use the extra space.

you can't really go wrong with a sandisk extreme 3: 4gb card...
