d100 size

what size is the d100? is it similar in size to the d200?

Yep, although from memory I think the D200 was very slightly chunkier.

It was based on the N80 film SLR as I recall... steel-frame, plastic body. The D200 is a mag-alloy body, and a tad heavier.

The F80 (N80 in the states) was a little smaller than the D100. I went the route of F80, D100, D200 and each one felt like a slightly beefier version of the camera before.
