I recently bought a d200 of ebay, when it arrived i powered it up and the rear LCD was not working, as the seller would not take a return i opened up an ebay dispute, as they thought they would win they hurried it for an ebay verdict

so they offered a partial refund, of £250, (on a partial refund you do not have to return the item) i only paid 280!
so that should cover any repair costs i might have
however i think they probably made an error and they probably wont wont the camera back, however if they do ill force them to make a full refund as they should have to! (they said because they lost business i should compensate)
finally my hellish week has concluded! and possibly ill have got a camera (well a broken one) for £30!
