Top Camera.
I love my D3 and it just feels so right in my hands.
Yeah it certainly does. Lighter than my gripped D700 (with 8 x AA's). Might have to get an ELN4 in that too
Only thing I miss on the D3 is the ability to assign the func button to launch directly into My Menu.

The peace of mind knowing your images are backed up is so worth it.
I know a wedding tog (a very experienced and talented one too) who still uses his D3 in overflow... even after he nearly lost half a wedding's images with a faulty card!
He may as well get a D700 and swap cards over!

Great bit of kit and I'm currently saving for another, and a 24-70mm, and a 300mm f/2.8 and and and
24-70, great lens. One of my favourites other than the extra weight.
I keep telling myself the Sigma 300/2.8 is good enough and I don't need one. Because I want a D3x and the 200/2

Haha! 200/2 is an amazing lens
Ice: Expect another 16+ years usage from it then
D3X: Awesome kit, but unnecessary unless your printing billboards every other week. Quality from D3/700 is amazing!
