in all honesty i wouldnt worry about it, one of my d300 has one dead center, pentax have a thing called pixel mapping that sorts them out (nikon should do the same)
One dead one and 11,999,999 good ones? Or in other words, 99.99999% good? Most people would consider that an acceptable achievement in any walk of life.
