Yes
Well sadly I was forced to return them.

Great camera/lens combo, but so HEAVY.

My OM-D EM-5 with grip and 14-45mm weighs in at a mere 2 lb, the D300s (no grip) with 16-85mm a whopping great 3.5 lb....1.5 lb more.

At my age I can live without the extra weight.

I think I'll just settle on the OM-D, when I'm getting results like this... http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=427918
I need look no further.

I sold my NEX7 for the opposite reasons - to small & fiddly and stupidly nose heavy even with a mid size zoom. I now have the d7000 & 16-85 which is a much better fit for my mitts, despite being heavier its no different taking it out than the NEX; neither are pocketable and both require a bag of sorts

Different strokes for different folks I guess :-)

D300 with grip weights more then a D3 apparently according to some info.

I prefer big and grippy specially when using big lens.

But for general use/walkaround/holiday i won't take my Gripped D300 with 28-70 f2.8 out due to weight so i like my D7000 with Tamron 17-50 :)

Not getting any younger myself, but still perfer a full size DSLR,I find on say an Blackrapid strap it help with the weight, but sometimes it's the other stuff say in a shoulder bag that starts to get heavy :)
